The cafeteria is located on the basement level. Visitors are welcome to dine in the cafeteria.

Vending Machines are located in the Emergency Department, in the Cafeteria and on the 4th floor by ASU.
Volunteers or individual florists deliver flowers to patient rooms. Please note that flowers are prohibited in our Critical Care unit.
The hospital’s gift shop is located in the Main Lobby. The shop has gift items, jewelry, magazines, greeting cards, candy, toiletries, flowers and stuffed animals. If you would like something from our Gift Box, please call ext. 3036 and a volunteer will deliver the item to the patient’s room. Cash, check and credit cards accepted.

Newspapers are available weekdays at the reception desk in the Main Lobby. Volunteers also circulate on patient floors to sell newspapers during the week.
Parking is available to patients and visitors in the hospital parking lot 24 hours a day, seven days a week for a fee. During peak hours of service, valet parking is provided and tipping is not expected. When leaving the facility you will pay for your parking at the Cashier Window in the main hospital lobby or to the Security Officer in the lobby when the Cashier Window is closed. There is no overnight parking, no storage of vehicles and no parking at the Metro North train station. Violators will be towed at the owenrs' expense.

Only TWO visitors per patient will be allowed unless approved by the patient’s nurse. Patients have a right to restrict visitors. All such requests should be given to your nurse who will notify security.
Visitors under 14 are not permitted in the hospital except for siblings visiting the maternity unit.
According to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, you have the right to choose your own visitors during your hospital stay, including a visitor who is a same-sex domestic partner. You have the right to choose who may visit during your stay, regardless of whether the visitor is a family member, a spouse, a domestic partner (including a same-sex domestic partner), or other type of visitor, as well as the right to withdraw such consent to visitation at any time.
